TryHackMe writeup: AttackerKB

AttackerKB is a room that introduces the user to the AttackerKB project (“DarkStar7471” 2020). It includes a “boot2root” machine that is fairly easy to exploit. But this room is mainly about the AttackerKB project — and the target machine exists just to show how useful it can be. In this article, I will be obtaining the flags for the target machine and mainly discussing how the AttackerKB project can be useful for penetration testing.
